This Information and Clarification Form has been prepared within the scope of the processing and transfer of personal data of individuals as regulated by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”). Within the scope of Law No. 6698, any up-to-date information you share with our company will be considered "Personal Data." The security of your personal data is of great importance to us, and your personal data will be stored under the conditions prescribed by the legislation, in the most secure manner possible, and for the period required by legal obligations.

a) Data Controller and Representative
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”), your personal data may be processed by ASCE GYO as the "Data Controller" within the scope explained below.

b) Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be processed for fulfilling the obligations of our company and individuals and entities in a business relationship with our company, providing updates and information, establishing and performing contracts with you, reminding and fulfilling legal obligations, conducting various advertising and marketing activities, managing and tracking finance, accounting, and legal processes, tracking your requests and complaints, tracking contract processes and/or legal claims, planning and executing customer satisfaction activities such as surveys and polls to obtain your opinion, determining suitable products, projects, and services for you, personalizing and improving them, providing effective customer service, notifying you of changes in legislation or company policies that concern you, celebrating birthdays, including you in raffles or competitions, offering gifts, and conducting similar beneficial events, promotions, and campaigns. Your data may also be used to inform you via email, SMS, and fax, to keep you updated about campaigns, to send you printed newsletters, magazines, and campaign-related articles, to analyze visitor profiles, to evaluate requests, demands, and complaints, and to manage our company's human resources policies, as well as to respond to requests and inquiries from you, within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

c) To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your collected personal data will be processed in compliance with legal and ethical rules, accurately and, when necessary, updated, for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, relevant, limited, and proportionate to the processing purpose, and stored for the period required by relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed. Additionally, in compliance with the conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law and by taking necessary security measures, your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes listed under section (b) of this notice, with our direct/indirect domestic/foreign subsidiaries or affiliates, public/private institutions and organizations, companies, or other third-party entities with whom we receive services/support/consultation or with whom we collaborate or partner in projects/programs/financing, our company’s affiliates, consultants, shareholders, or solution partners, other group companies, the Central Registry Agency, and other authorized institutions and organizations, suppliers, or subcontractors, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698. ASCE GYO may process and store your personal data on servers or other electronic platforms located in Turkey or in foreign countries where sufficient protection exists, or if sufficient protection does not exist in the relevant foreign country, provided that ASCE GYO and the relevant foreign data controllers undertake adequate protection in writing and obtain the permission of the Board.

ç) Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be obtained by our company through various channels (ASCE GYO's headquarters, branches, agencies, sales offices, or other subcontractors or business partners you may contact, offices and other physical environments, call centers, websites, mobile applications, and similar electronic transaction platforms, social media, or other publicly available sources, by participating in training, conferences, and similar environments, through investigation methods, or through other group companies or their contracted third parties) in written, verbal, audio, video recordings, or other physical or electronic forms. Your personal data may be collected, processed, transferred, and stored for the purposes specified in sections (b) and (c) of this text, within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.
Your personal data will be stored in accordance with legal requirements for the duration required by legal obligations or permitted by relevant legislation.

d) Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our company using the methods set forth below, our company will process your request as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, free of charge. However, if a fee is prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee specified in the company’s tariff will be charged. Within this scope, personal data owners have the following rights:

To learn whether personal data is being processed,
To request information if personal data has been processed,
* To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within the country or abroad,
To request the correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrect and to request notification of this correction to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, even if they have been processed in accordance with the KVK Law and other relevant laws, and to request notification of this deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation if personal data is processed unlawfully and the person suffers damage as a result.
In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVK Law, you can submit your request to exercise the above-mentioned rights by filling out the form available at www.ascegyo.com.tr and submitting a signed copy of the form addressed to the ASCE GYO Customer Relations Department at Zübeyde Hanım Boulevard No:64 27060 Şehitkâmil/Gaziantep, along with identity verification documents, in person or via notary public. Our company reserves the right to make changes to this clarification notice due to potential amendments to the KVK Law and methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
