We have acted by taking into consideration the dynamics of modern city life and the changing needs of users.

When designing the ASCE Zenith project, we took into account the dynamics of modern urban life and the changing needs of the users. Located in the heart of Gaziosmanpaşa, this project offers a unique experience to its residents and employees by combining residential, office and commercial areas.

While designing the project, our priority was to increase the comfort of people's lives and offer them functional spaces with high aesthetic value. Located on one of the last remaining plots of land in the city centre, ASCE Zenith is a concrete example of this vision. While placing the tower on the street cutting Koza Street, we increased the ease of access by providing the entrance of the horizontal block from the lower street. While offering terraced and duplex solutions in the tower, we created flexible living spaces with spacious apartments, offices and terraces in the horizontal block.

The landscaped common courtyard of approximately 1200 square metres, which is a central element of the project, is designed as a place where users can both relax and socialise. In this respect, the social facility located in the courtyard includes facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness and sauna areas. The apartments of various sizes in the tower offer a spacious and useful living space by offering access to balconies or terraces from every room. In the horizontal block, modern and functional offices offer ideal working environments for professionals by providing access to balconies or terraces from every room.

The commercial areas on the ground floor of the project and the street stores on the lower floor of the horizontal block are planned to meet all the needs of ASCE Zenith residents and the people of the region. In this respect, the project has the potential to become not only a living space but also the new attraction centre of the region. ASCE Zenith promises to offer a unique experience to its users by combining aesthetics and functionality with its modern and contemporary design. Far from the chaos of city life, this project, where luxury and comfort are intertwined, offers you the opportunity to enjoy life.

Our ASCE Zenith project is located in Gaziosmanpaşa neighbourhood, the focal point of Ankara's most popular culture, art and community life from the past to the present. The residents of the neighbourhood are Turkey's elite people, foreign missions, bureaucrats, and the educated and elite of the city.

From our point of view, the biggest problem of Gaziosmanpaşa was that the residential and office buildings were insufficient in terms of renewal over time, adaptation to modern life and meeting today's needs.

The fact that the residents of the neighbourhood, who did not want to leave the city life, embraced the region was the biggest factor in making this neighbourhood the most popular neighbourhood of Ankara today. When the ASCE Zenith project first came to us, as people who spent their childhood and youth in this neighbourhood, we felt a different excitement. We had a magnificent project in front of us with its architectural design and location.

We approached our project with the idea that it is time to offer a living space that will meet all the requirements of modern life to the residents of the neighbourhood and people who want to be a part of this region. While determining our design criteria, we wanted to reflect the unique culture of the region by blending it with an innovative approach that is loyal to the traces of the past.

At this point, while making our material choices, we were inspired by the coming together of different cultures, just like the cosmopolitan structure of the inhabitants of the region, and while bringing together the warmth of walnut wood, the elegance of rice and the naturalness of marble that defies the years, we aimed to combine our design lines with today's modern lines and technology. We aimed to offer large and spacious spaces where quality perception and luxury are felt at the highest level. We created our spaces with an understanding of interior architecture that does not crush its guests with its grandeur, but rather embraces them.

The residences and offices were created by harmoniously combining the small touches of the past and today's modern design lines. We designed an interior architecture that can meet the social life, activity needs and security of the building residents within the comfort of a residence. ASCE Zenith has become a project that will be a great pleasure to live in with its interior architecture and will continue to be the symbol of Gaziosmanpaşa for many years with its architecture. We are very happy and proud to be a part of this privileged project.

This Information and Clarification Form has been prepared within the scope of the processing and transfer of personal data of individuals as regulated by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”). In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”), your personal data may be processed by ASCE GYO as the "Data Controller" within the scope explained below.

b) Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be processed for fulfilling the obligations of our company and individuals and entities in a business relationship with our company, providing updates and information, establishing and performing contracts with you, reminding and fulfilling legal obligations, conducting various advertising and marketing activities, managing and tracking finance, accounting, and legal processes, tracking your requests and complaints, tracking contract processes and/or legal claims, planning and executing customer satisfaction activities such as surveys and polls to obtain your opinion, determining suitable products, projects, and services for you, personalizing and improving them, providing effective customer service, notifying you of changes in legislation or company policies that concern you, celebrating birthdays, including you in raffles or competitions, offering gifts, and conducting similar beneficial events, promotions, and campaigns. Your data may also be used to inform you via email, SMS, and fax, to keep you updated about campaigns, to send you printed newsletters, magazines, and campaign-related articles, to analyze visitor profiles, to evaluate requests, demands, and complaints, and to manage our company's human resources policies, as well as to respond to requests and inquiries from you, within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

c) To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your collected personal data will be processed in compliance with legal and ethical rules, accurately and, when necessary, updated, for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, relevant, limited, and proportionate to the processing purpose, and stored for the period required by relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed. Additionally, in compliance with the conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law and by taking necessary security measures, your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes listed under section (b) of this notice, with our direct/indirect domestic/foreign subsidiaries or affiliates, public/private institutions and organizations, companies, or other third-party entities with whom we receive services/support/consultation or with whom we collaborate or partner in projects/programs/financing, our company’s affiliates, consultants, shareholders, or solution partners, other group companies, the Central Registry Agency, and other authorized institutions and organizations, suppliers, or subcontractors, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698. ASCE GYO may process and store your personal data on servers or other electronic platforms located in Turkey or in foreign countries where sufficient protection exists, or if sufficient protection does not exist in the relevant foreign country, provided that ASCE GYO and the relevant foreign data controllers undertake adequate protection in writing and obtain the permission of the Board.

ç) Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be obtained by our company through various channels (ASCE GYO's headquarters, branches, agencies, sales offices, or other subcontractors or business partners you may contact, offices and other physical environments, call centers, websites, mobile applications, and similar electronic transaction platforms, social media, or other publicly available sources, by participating in training, conferences, and similar environments, through investigation methods, or through other group companies or their contracted third parties) in written, verbal, audio, video recordings, or other physical or electronic forms. Your personal data may be collected, processed, transferred, and stored for the purposes specified in sections (b) and (c) of this text, within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.
Your personal data will be stored in accordance with legal requirements for the duration required by legal obligations or permitted by relevant legislation.

d) Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our company using the methods set forth below, our company will process your request as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, free of charge. However, if a fee is prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee specified in the company’s tariff will be charged. Within this scope, personal data owners have the following rights:

To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within the country or abroad,

To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, even if they have been processed in accordance with the KVK Law and other relevant laws, and to request notification of this deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation if personal data is processed unlawfully and the person suffers damage as a result.
In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVK Law, you can submit your request to exercise the above-mentioned rights by filling out the form available at www.ascegyo.com.tr and submitting a signed copy of the form addressed to the ASCE GYO Customer Relations Department at Zübeyde Hanım Boulevard No:64 27060 Şehitkâmil/Gaziantep, along with identity verification documents, in person or via notary public. Our company reserves the right to make changes to this clarification notice due to potential amendments to the KVK Law and methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
